Neocom crashes on switching characters

On some devices Neocom can crash on switching characters.
Application crashes on updating new mails. It happens only if fetching recipient names fails with error (NSError object released twice). Indeed it occurs very rarely on some accounts. You can temporary disable mail and notifications access for your API Keys (https://support.eveonline.com/api). You will be unable to read mail, but application will no longer crash. I already fixed this bug, but Apple require a week to review.

  1. Well first off great app. Best there is as far as I know. But why in the update is the screen for iPad stuck in vertical view like for iPhone. Makes it a bit uneasy for iPads now. Pls change it back. Thank you.

  2. Hello,

    you should really color the training time in the main window just like in the character selection mode; it helps a lot with awareness. Also, maybe you could offer an option to lock the character info to the top when scrolling?

    Lastly, it would be nice if more alarm thresholds could be set so that more notifications are sent the closer you get to completing your training. Sometimes the 24h notification can be forgotten and then you're screwed :)

  3. Oh, and may I also suggest that you enable switching characters by swiping left or right on the character info; please let me know what you think about implementing these changes.

  5. Hi, this was a great app. I say this since I use an iPad and it is stuck in vertical mode. It is still a great app but vertical mode is cumbersome and a little uneccesary as a force feature. If possible please real low the horizontal view. Also now the mark all mail as read button does not work. This means I have to click every mail for every character.
    Since it is vertical mode I cannot see the menu of characters to quick switch items since it can't get it all in screen at once like in horizontal view.

  6. I am having this crashing problem on iphone 4s. It crashes everytime I switch applications as well. If I hit the home button and go back into neocom it will crash. Basically, it has become unusable because of the constant crashing on character changes and application changes. I donated for this app recently and I have been enjoying it very much. I hope your update will fix all these problems. Thank you.

  7. Artem you have created the best eve online app available, Thank you so much! LOVE THE APP!!

    The recent patch has stopped the app working in landscape mode on the ipad, Im sure you are aware. I havent had it crash on me once, but the ipad has some formatting issues. Looking forward to the fix. Also wondering if there are any plans to port the app to android.

    My Ipad will be my last apple product I will ever own and your app is the only reason I keep mine :) FYI your app is something I would be happy to pay for!

    the only issue i have is that i get an error while trying to access market orders...other than than, it's amazing!

  9. Love this app, just updated it. Now it's stuck in portrait - was MUCH better with option for landscape mode, used to have it sit on my desk as my handy 3rd monitor.

  10. Neocom stucks in protrait mode on iOS 5.1.1. On iOS 6.0 all should be ok. Currently i fixed this bug and update waits for review.
